Sea View and Beach Front Cottages are 1 bedroom with king bed, private balcony (For 2 pax)

Beachfront Cottage Suite and Garden Cottage Suite consist of a bedroom with king size bed and a living room area with option of 2 twin beds (2-4 pax). One additional child under 12 free of charge.

NEW Some garden cottage suites have private pool in the garden.

Pool Villas are fully equipped private luxury homes with Living, Dining, Kitchen area and two or three separated bedrooms with king bed and private bath. Also with individual pool facing the ocean.

Airport Transfer 2-4 pax: one way USD 20, round trip USD 40.

Day Charges
Late check out up until 6:00 pm is subject to a charge of 50% of the existing contract rate.
Late check out after 6:00 pm will be charged an additional night at the full contract rate.

Half board: USD 25 not including beverage

Compulsory Holiday Dinners:
Christmas Eve: 24 Dec 07 at USD 80 per person not Including beverage.
New Years Eve: 31 Dec 07 at USD 130 per person including pre-dinner cocktail party, Midnight glass of champagne, but not including any other beverages.

Children's Meal Policy:
For child under 12 years, meal prices will be charged at 50% of the regular menu prices or set meal prices as listed above.

Reservation Policy: Full prepayment before arrival

Visa and master are accepted without any charge.

Cancellation,Amendment & No Show Charges:

All cancellation and amendment must be done in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within the above-mentioned period. Failure to do so, we reserve a right to charge.

For Low Season: No cancellation charge if cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 2 nights of accommodation will be charged.

For High Season : No cancellation charge if cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 3 nights of accommodation will be charged.

For Peak Season: No cancellation charge if cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee for the entire payment will be charged.
